Travis Keenum founded HR CONSULTANTS, a full service Human Resources Consulting firm, in 2002.  He has spent over 40 years as a Human Resources professional working in both the private and public sector in the national and international arenas.

Travis has in-depth experience managing Human Resources in a broad range of industries that include manufacturing, healthcare, retailing, distribution, financial services, food services, engineering, construction and non-profits.

His extensive background in Human Resources has allowed him to excel in the areas of Organizational Development & Effectiveness, Employee & Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development and Staffing. 

Travis received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.  He continues to keep current in Human Resources issues by attending seminars and workshops.

Travis has been an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management for over 30 years and is recognized by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional.

HR CONSULTANTS is a small Human Resources Consulting firm with one office located in Memphis, Tennessee. We don't think that consulting firms have to be big to be good.  We are very good and we aren't very big, but we have all it takes to provide full service Human Resources Consulting.

We are Flexible.  We have worked in both privately and publicly held companies and have experience with Fortune 500 Companies, as well as family owned businesses.

We are Personal.  We believe that each client has a unique set of circumstances that deserve a custom approach on our part.  We work hard at building long term relationships.

We are Concerned.  We take the refreshing approach that not every organization needs all of the services we have to offer.  Good consulting services do not have to be outrageously expensive.  We charge a decent fee - but we earn it and there are no annoying charges for copying, postage and phone calls.

We are Experienced.  While we may not have seen it all yet - there's not much that surprises us anymore.
